For feature films, when our intervention begins once a first cut has been established, post-production advisory services are generally offered within a fee range of EUR 5,000 to EUR 20,000, depending on the complexity of the project, the level of involvement required, the number of review stages, and the overall scope of the engagement.

Terms, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policies

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by ONLY FILMS Sarl, 23/25 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris, France. Corporate details: Sarl au capital de 54,000 Euros, RCS Paris 487 892 531, APE 921C, TVA FR82487892531, CNC P8787.
ONLY FILMS Sarl provides bespoke services for the film, entertainment, and audiovisual sectors on a strictly B2B basis. An engagement becomes binding once the client has approved the relevant quotation or proposal in writing and, where applicable, paid the requested deposit or first installment.
Clients remain responsible for providing the materials, approvals, instructions, and rights clearances necessary for the proper execution of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All concepts, drafts, scripts, decks, working files, and preparatory materials remain the property of ONLY FILMS Sarl until full payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. These terms are governed by the laws of France. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Delivery Policy
ONLY FILMS Sarl provides services worldwide. Delivery may take place remotely, digitally, physically, or on-site depending on the nature of the assignment.
Delivery methods may include email, written consultation, video conference, cloud transfer, scripts, decks, edits, production documents, courier, or in-person attendance. Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing and may vary according to project complexity, approvals, rights clearance, materials, scheduling, travel, and third-party dependencies.
Delivery is deemed complete when the agreed files, links, documents, outputs, or services have been sent, made available, or performed.
Refund Policy
Because the services are bespoke, creative, and capacity-based, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
A refund may be considered where ONLY FILMS Sarl is unable to provide the agreed services and no suitable alternative can be arranged, where a deliverable materially falls outside the agreed scope and cannot reasonably be corrected, or where a written agreement expressly provides for reimbursement.
Refunds are not normally granted in cases of change of mind after work has started, subjective creative dissatisfaction where services were substantially delivered as agreed, missed meetings, delayed client feedback, or third-party costs already incurred. Any refund request must be submitted in writing to info@only-films.com. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after written confirmation of the amount due.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Before work begins, ONLY FILMS Sarl may, at its discretion, refund sums received less any administrative, booking, payment processing, or preparatory costs already incurred.
After work begins, the client remains liable for services already performed, time reserved, committed resources, and third-party costs. Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable once scheduling or substantive project activity has begun.
Any consultation, review meeting, or advisory session cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full. Production, travel, filming, festival, market, and other on-site commitments may involve additional non-refundable costs once bookings have been made.
